Marking The Queen

Queen bees are usually the largest in the hive and responsible for populating the colony. One of my main goals was to keep the colors harmonious throughout and to contrast the female figure with symbols that illustrate her purpose. This is shown in the sunflower around her neck and the honeycomb seen faintly in the background.
